Attendance and Payment Policy

Class Payments
All payments are due in full by the 1st day of class on the month you enroll. If you gave a 50% deposit the remaining balance is due at first class, unless other arrangements have been made with ahead of time.

Being Late or Absent
Tim is prepared to work Each Class and expects the same of you. If for ANY reason you are unable to attend class or will be late please first call the Voicemail: (310) 772-8262. If you do not hear back from us, you can simply show up. Classes are 4 hours long and a great deal of information can be gleaned from Tim & each other's work; meaning, you may be better served in attending a portion of class rather than miss it entirely, if your schedule becomes overly busy.

Make-Ups & Current Enrollment
You are allowed to Make Up in more than one class per week, even though you may be assigned to only one class per week, IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY ENROLLED. Being currently enrolled means that you are paid in full for 4 classes or 8 classes. We will honor any make-ups for 60 days.

Leave of Absence
If you are taking a leave of absence, thereby relinquishing your spot in class, you must let us know. A leave of absence consists of 4 weeks or more of missed classes. Communication is key; we understand situations come up, so please let us know as soon as humanly possible.

Class Conduct
You may be dropped from class or lose your make-ups if:
A. You are consistently not prepared to work in class.
B. You have excessive absences.
C. There is excessive arriving late & leaving early which disrupts class.
D. Your comments or conduct is detrimental to students or the class.
E. There is a lack of payment when due.

 
There are no Refunds.
